It is easy to stay calm when everything is OK; the main way to avoid stress is as follows: you shouldn't accept everything personally and seriously. Everything, what is going on around you couldn't be controlled, so you shouldn't think about it, the person could control his or her own attitude to situation, and this attitude can be easy and humorous, only in this way stress won't damage you anyway.
To avoid stress you could also use special techniques: you can relax yourself, clean your mind and breathe deeply. That’s a kind of meditation will help you to cope with the problem.
Auto training exercises are also good for stress avoiding, but they are not working, when you are deeply bound with emotions, nevertheless, they won't make any bad for you. When the stressful situation occurs to you, just say yourself: 'Everything is OK, I'm fine, I'm not angry I control my emotions and I'll cope with the trouble."
